Blue Rose Mission is a small non-profit that operates in Richland County Ohio only. Someday we hope to expand past those boundaries, however, at the current time we can only service homes in the Richland County Ohio area.

Per are charter we can only work on homes that are owned by the people requesting service. We cannot work on rentals.

We are a small non-profit organization with a small budget. As such, our policy is not to spend over $500.00 per job. The one exception being wheelchair ramps.

Jobs that we cannot accommodate are any roofing jobs, furnace repair or replacement, mold remediation, or the replacement of major home appliances such as hot water heaters and the like unless these items are provided by the homeowner.

The Blue Rose board will review your application and contact you with the decision of whether or not we can assist you with the request.
